Job-seekers issues in Pakistan:

The geographical location of Pakistan is of strategic importance to economic giants like China and India, as it is estimated that, by 2050 Pakistan will become 3rd largest country in terms of population, and a favorable market for consumer products.
Irony is, that Pakistan is affected by foreign and domestic instability that affects its economy and people that populate it with the strength of around 187 million individuals, and out of these, roughly 55 % lies under age of 25.

Job-seekers, either they are fresh-graduates or experienced-working-professionals, both faces number of challenges when it comes to job hunting in Pakistan. These challenges might be triggered by economy, categorized as out-of-bound issues (problems which an individual cannot resolve on its own) or result of a casualness of job-seekers, categorized as inbound issues (problems generated by individual itself).

Decline in foreign investment, fleeing of existing investor, political instability, prevailing security situation, hyper inflation, underutilized development-expenditures, and falling of rupee value are all the out-of bound issues that are causing both unemployment and underemployment in the country.

On the other side every year, population is increasing and coming up in huge lots, for employment purpose. When supply is becoming infinite and demand is shrinking on daily bases, competition in the market get more intensive. This gives Companies an edge to demand for talented candidate at lower price point.

It doesn't mean that economy is shutting down; there are many Pakistani companies that had performed well in the era of global recession and are willing to continue their journey for success, and for this they require young talented individuals to share the burden and continuously strive for success.

The challenge is faced when job-seekers fail to reflect their true side to the employers. While job-seeking the first point of contact between job-seeker and employer is the CV. Attractive and well formulated CVs are always preferred by the employers and help the job-seekers to standout in initial steps of recruiting process.

There are few essentials steps that need to be met for job-seeking:
